- Take required quantity of Abirami Millet Sevai and soak it in the vessel containing hot water for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the water and keep the sevai aside.
- Heat the oil in pan. Crackle mustard, urad dal, and bengal gram. Add onions, green chillies, finely chopped capsicum, curry leaves and cook till onions become golden brown. Sprinkle required salt. Add cooked sevai and mix it thoroughly.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney or pickle.
