Ragi Sevai Puttu:
- Soak the Ragi Sevai in plain water for 2 minutes. Drain water and sprinkle some salt and mix gently.
- Steam in idli pans for 2 minutes.
- Remove the sevai from the plates and gently fluff it up using a fork.
- Mix the Ragi sevai with grated coconut and sugar. Serve it.
